Complete program management means we’ll oversee all aspects of product development and sampling, production planning, sourcing of innovative fabrics and embellishments, garment manufacturing and assembly, and delivery and distribution. Production planning

After your product design has been finalized, JJM Manufacturing account managers work directly with our Shanghai office in order to
facilitate all aspects of production. Our complete supply chain management system ensures your order specifications are suitably met. You will have access to the appropriate administrative support, and up-to-date tracking and status reports are always available for your review.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

We use your tech pack or inspiration samples to create the development samples. Development samples are used for fit and style approval. Most development samples are made from substitute fabrics that are as close as possible to the original fabric.

Tech pack

“A tech pack is a blueprint created by a designer. It contains all the components and instructions required for a manufacturer to turn your design into a finished product. That includes materials, gradings, seams, color ways, measurements, trim, labels etc”.

Bulk Production

Once the pre-production samples have been approved the factory will proceed to bulk production. Our China staff will oversee and monitor all aspects of production to ensure your brand is exact to your specifications.

Size Chart Grading

Size samples are often created using substitute fabric because we need you to verify the garment’s fit before the production fabric is ready. The factory will prepare the patterns using your size specs or sample garments.

Sample Development

There are many stages of the sample process: these include, fit samples for fit and style approval, fabric samples, lab dips for color approval, embellishment samples and finally pre-production samples for you to approve before anything goes into production.

LABELS, TAGS, PACKAGING AND TRIMS

All trims are prepared in the first 30 days for your approval. This includes color lab dips, decorations (print, embroidery, and appliqué, etc.), woven labels, buttons, zippers, zip pulls, toggles, draw strings, or patches. Packaging requirements can always be customized and tailored to fit your needs.

Embroidery/screen printing

Whether you require 3D embroidery, sonic welding, high density printing, foil applications, beading, chrystallina or flocking, our
state-of-the-art decorating techniques guarantee your products are consistently created to match your unique specifications.

Hang tags/labels

Brand recognition is extremely important. All your garments will have custom inner neck labels and hang tags as per your specifications.

Packaging

Packaging requirements can always be customized and tailored to fit your needs.

SHIPPING

Shipping will be arranged by our staff to ensure efficiency and stress-free delivery. Orders can be quoted F.O.B. (country of origin) or L.D.P. (landed duty paid) if you’d like the ease of having your goods delivered right to your doorstep.
